Designer Cult is the portfolio of Mike Reger - Creative Art Director, visual and sound designer, music producer and artist.
With 20+ years across digital and traditional, Mike has led concept and design for global brands including Samsung, Nike, Pepsi, Discovery, Mercedes-Benz, and Victoria’s Secret - creating work that’s both award-winning and built to move business.
His approach is inherently multidisciplinary, grounded in craft but also driven by culture, innovation and emerging tech. An early adopter by instinct, he’s focused on pushing boundaries - especially Gen AI - into meaningful creative expression.
Mike is currently an Associate Creative Director at Razorfish, where he also advocates for AI across Constellation.
Outside of work, he’s a music producer, DJ, photographer, drone pilot, world traveler, AI enthusiast and dreamer of the dream

Art is what makes people identify with a culture - before it’s identified as an actual thing.

Belief is a mental acceptance or conviction that an idea, statement, or proposition is true. It is a subjective attitude that something exists or is trustworthy, regardless of whether absolute, physical proof or rigorous evidence is present.

Culture refers to the shared beliefs, values, customs, behaviors, and artifacts that characterize a group or society. My practice is rooted in cultural connection.

Design is what makes people believe you can build the future - before you’ve built anything.
